Tim Hortons - St. Thomas

This restaurant consistently serves the best coffee and fresh food in the city.

It took 10 minutes to get my sandwich after they burned the first one. The server also served my coffee in a dirty red cup and when I asked her to rinse it out, she seemed annoyed. I was not pleased with the service.

I recently visited this restaurant and noticed that there is often something missing or the service is slow. It seems like they need to have better management in place to address these issues, as staff can be hostile when asked about them.

Went here 2 days in a row and not even I got a real article. asked after bacon breakfast sandwich on the biscuit and they gave me sausage on an English muffin. the next day I asked about the same order and received sausages on the keks instead of speck. I would like to say thank you for the failed, that I do not work on another wise.

AMAZING!May sound strange but the guy there today was awesome. Usually I need to give my order 7-9 times before they get it right... This guy once and BOOM!!! GOT it right.... Absolutely amazed me... Well done!!!!
