Domino's Pizza - Stafford

I have ordered takeout through their app multiple times because they have better deals. However, I have noticed that their pizza slices are comically uneven.

I don't live in the same state as my daughter, but I ordered dinner for her from this restaurant. I requested that they write "Love Mom And Dad" on the box, and they did just that. I found it to be a really nice touch. Thank you to the staff at Garrisonville Road Dominos for making that happen. And by the way, my daughter said the pizza was delicious!

The pizza at this restaurant is usually good. We typically choose to do takeout. However, during this visit, we encountered an unusual situation where only one employee knew how to operate the register. The customer in front of me had placed an order over the phone, but it took the staff 5 minutes to locate it and complete the payment. It would have been quicker if there were more than just one skilled employee among the dozen working that night.

I ordered a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza but received a hand tossed banana pepper and bacon pizza instead. I called Domino's to let them know about the mix-up and asked for the correct pizza to be delivered. The person I spoke to on the phone said I would need to provide proof of the mistaken pizza in order to receive the one I paid for, or else I would have to pay for it again. I was disappointed in the way Domino's handled the situation and will be switching to Papa John's in the future. The photo shows my receipt and the incorrect pizza I received. UPDATE: My pizza was delivered to the wrong location, so I may be able to exchange it with the person who received mine. I prefer not to eat a pizza that has already been given to someone else.

Despite being a busy and popular store, ordering pizza is a breeze and it tastes delicious!
