I am a slightly walking person, rarely complaining about everything. But when it comes to food. I don't want me to feel with my eyes. Is that too much to ask during the COVID and Flu season??? I was here today. I've been here a few times. The hispanic guy responsible for the treatment of the sandwich station touched my bread with his bare hand. This guy usually wears only one glove on his left hand, his right hand never has glove on and he uses this hand to serve the cashier. So, he just finished roasting the bread and hadn't put the meat down yet. I told him he touched it with his bare hand. He refuses to get the new bread and got mad at me. He talked to the girl who works there. In the end, they refused to ruin 3 small breads of simple bread. I asked for my refund. So both came to the end to tell me that I should never come to this place anymore. SUCH RUDE ATTITUDE. I told them that's okay, 'cause I'd kick NIE in such a crazy spot! The owner sat there, looks like nothing happens while his employee shouts at a customer. The owner is incompetent. If you order your Banhmi from here the next time, make sure you treat your food. Because of 50 cents worth of bread, they only lost one customer and thousands of other customers who read my review. Good for you, Don! Imagine he just had his nose or scratched his body part, or went to the toilet room without washing. I want to vomit! Do you want his bad germs on your food? I don't know?

The food was delicious during my first visit. It's a bit more expensive than the other location on Bellaire, but it's also a bit more convenient for driving. I would definitely try it again!

I liked the room when I went for lunch for the first time, clean modern and the staff welcomed and sat at our table. The food was great and the prices were right! I'll come back to try the rest of the menu!

Food was good. The wait time not so great. Maybe I caught them at a busy time but weren't too many customers in there when I arrived. I would come back and try them again.
