Mcdonald's - Stafford

Excellent service! You won't have to wait long to be attended to!

The fantastic team at this McDonald's made me feel like a valued customer. In terms of McDonald's food, I've noticed that the quality can vary by location. However, I can confidently say that this particular site deserves recognition for the care and effort they put into their food.

Quick and tidy. This is honestly the fastest McDonald's I've experienced in all of North Stafford Garrisonville. I really love it! The only drawback is having to navigate through Walmart traffic to get there, so I typically only visit when I have to stop at Walmart anyway.

The service here is much better than the location on Jefferson Davis, which is across from Extra Space Storage. That location really needs to step up its game. This place was efficient, had ten times the number of customers, and everything was excellent! I also appreciate that you carry Diet Coke; the other location has a poor manager and is frequently out of it. You'd think they would boost their inventory, but they never do. Anyway, thank you for doing such a fantastic job!

I rated this restaurant 4 stars instead of 2 because of their excellent customer service. They made mistakes with my order twice. In the end, I opted for a refund and sat with my kids while they enjoyed their meal. The staff then remade my entire order correctly and apologized for the errors.
