Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a big breakfast with an extra order of bacon, which is 2 more discs. when I come home and started my order, they only put 2 and 1/2 slices of bacon in it! but I've accused myself of two more. look at the size of the eggs they are shrunk from their normal size of pastness. the line and the adjusters do not check after accuracy and management should monitor this repeated problem.
Super slow, the prices are higher than the sugarland williams trace. my hash brown was cold, I asked speck instead of throwing on big breakfast, not getting. I was almost late for work, auto thru took 13 minutes.
Its mcdonalds yunno. the workers were really sweet and i enjoyed my food and i got fed for really cheap, what else could you hope for? and the food was warm, i was happy! im alive and continuing my life yunno… i cant complain at all
So its my first time using Mcdonald app and ordered at this location. I walked in the store to pick up my food and so i approached this lady to ask for help. She looked at the mobile counter and my food is not there. So she said “no Maam, we dont have your food” so i was very skeptical because i knew i ordered it. And so she said to me that the mobile app and the restaurant are two different entity, so i pulled up the app again to find the receipt, i asked her if she could give me the food because i have the receipt she said no maam because we dont have your order, and this is just her talking to me without checking the computer if there is a glitch. She kept uttering that others dont have a problem with mobile app. And i said to myself, lady there is always a first time for everyone. Maybe this is the first time the computer isnt working,Instead of the “day manager” helping me she called a police on me because i was upset..First of all, i am a customer and i have a vaild reason to question my order because i have a receipt,She called the cops and i overheard it the cops didnt send any officer to help her out.Shout out to the owner of this McDonald’s you have the rudest manager named Kim..So stepped out because when another person is not hearing you you just step away cause you understand better.
I requested on multiple visits no onions due to allergies and low and behold I received onions. Instead of preparing a fresh burger, (per my full analysis of the cheese burger) they scraped the onions and left some assuming the customer wouldn't check. That's a health hazzard! The burger had to be trashed each time. I continued to order the same burger on 4 different visits due to my suspicions, with hope it was an one off error but it's their standard routined careless act. Go to Burger King, their value cheese burgers do not come with onion. If I can give zero stars I will.
