Contribuisci feedbackCame here twice, today at 10:15 o'clock, pressed the button, but no one answered. a person worked inside. another car also tried to order and went to finish. that's very bad. we will not visit this place again.
Ordered 2 drinks, no one in the line in front of me and sat 15 minutes in front of the pick-up place before someone even came out...horrible customer service.
Ridiculous. No one should wait at the drive through with literally NO CARS in the entire parking (other than employees cars) and wait for 20 min with zero help, then drive up to see what's going on, just to see employees drinking and eating and absolutely not attending to anyone..... seriously this happened 5 times so far and I will not be returning to this location
I pick my son up at the school on Wednesday’s now. So we have stopped by there several weeks in a row in Feb. ecru time, the ice cream machine was down. In addition the staff don’t seem to really value the job there due to the way they interacted with us each time. There is a dq down the street we go there now instead.
Stopped at this location on Saturday 2/12/22 at 7:43 pm. This is the worst Sonic I have been to! I stopped to order an ice cream for my mother and I. Both inexperienced boys happened to be on their cell phones, one of those boys just stood there taking selfies of himself and laughing! No one ever acknowledged us until I kept honking! He barely opened the door to tell me “their system was down”, I asked for their names and he responded William and John but changed it and said Christopher! These employees definitely do not deserve a job and getting paid to do NOTHING but be on their cell phones! They make Sonic look bad!!! Give their jobs to someone who does want to work and get rid of these two lazy boys!
