Whataburger - Stafford

Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that there were at least 7 staff members present, however none of them acknowledged my presence as I stood there waiting to place my order. When one of them finally did take my order, the girl seemed to act as if I was inconveniencing her.

Whataburger is a reliable fast food option that I can always count on. I have never had a negative experience with their customer service - the staff take pride in preparing delicious food. The only downside is that the Stafford location sometimes forgets to include items in the order. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy quality, hot food with a friendly service.

I ordered my usual Whataburger combo for takeout. When I got home and opened the burger, I found that the bun was falling apart because it was old and stale. It was disappointing and disgusting! It was clear that the cook could see the bun was in bad condition but still served it anyway. Additionally, the burger was missing tomatoes and lettuce. This is an issue that Corporate management should address promptly.

This was the first Whataburger that I've been to in a very long time, where BOTH the drive through young ladies, Ms. Debra Ms. Armani P. was extremely pleasant and had great customer service. Plus, the line went quick and my food was fresh and hot.

Customer service was fast although when I pulled up they needed a minute. There were four cars ahead of me. I ordered the usual. Bacon burger with cheese extra pickles and mustard ketchup. No onions tomatoes or lettuce....they repeated it. I confirmed. Theyasked my name for the order. When I drove home with my order and unloaded my car from the morning my food was obviously cold. Ido not live close to this one and was not eating in the car. My bread was wet, soggy, nasty from the lettuce. No ketchup justsoggy bread with mustard. There were the tomatoes too just leaving their seeds all over my burger. Nasty. I took a picture forreference. As expensive as it is to go to Whataburger you'd imagine you'd get a burger correct after repeating the order....confirmed the name...I could even understand if they were slammed ...but there was one person behind me. It was 11am. Verydiscouraging
