Dragon Palace - Stafford

We order takeout from this restaurant once a month. This time, we had the shredded beef on Saturday night which was a bit spicy and dry. Unfortunately, both my son and I experienced stomach issues afterwards and I am still feeling terrible stomach pain. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

WARNING: AVOID THIS PLACE! I placed an order at 10:02pm, just before they closed at 10:30pm. They cancelled my order, claiming it was too far to deliver even though I selected collection. They showed a complete lack of care and professionalism, and now I'm out £54 that will be held for 5 days. The service was absolutely terrible and I will not be returning here. I recommend trying other Chinese restaurants such as Sunny Hill and Flaming Wok.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff member is extremely rude. The deliveries are consistently delayed by hours, despite being promised a quick 10-minute delivery. It always ends up arriving more than 2 hours later, cold and flavorless. I suggest avoiding this establishment and trying the ones on Pirehill instead.

Ordered online the delivery was really fast the food was still piping hot which is perfect feels like it came straight out of the wok

Food took ages to come. We even got a message saying it was on its way, but when it didn't arrive after this message and wondering where our food was, we called the take away to ask where it was, the very rude man on the phone said I cannot ask my driver bye and put the phone down on us. 10 minutes later we had a notification saying there was a problem with our order and we now had to wait a further 45 minutes. In total the order took 2 hours to arrive.
