Manna Kitchen Trentham - Stafford

We ordered two large coffees and paid in advance. When the drinks were ready, I politely asked for a small cardboard tray to carry them, as we were going to a table far away. The server's response was rude, questioning why we needed a tray for just two drinks. My partner explained that we had been given one before when we asked. The server insisted that we could only have one tray and his tone was aggressive. If he had explained his reasoning politely, we would have understood. However, his attitude was unnecessary. Good customer service doesn't cost anything, and we will not be returning to this establishment.

A light lunch with potatoes and coffee was delicious, and the young man served was pleasant and charming.
