Nock and carmen went by and up to make our last minute stay amazing last night. such a beautiful bar, comfortable bedroom and fab company. prosecco, jacuzzi bath and clean jeans

The Silk House Hotel is a hidden gem. Not only is the hotel itself stunning, with its stained glass windows and exposed beams, but it was also spotlessly clean and cozy. The most impressive aspect of the Silk House is the host. He was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making everyone feel at home and going above and beyond with our children. We highly recommend this hotel.

We visited a high-time in heaton on Friday. we have booked a night for five guests in the silk hotel. wow, wow, wow, wow, wow was for a nice hotel. the rooms are a dream and the most convenient hotel bed where I have slept. the manager /owner was an absolute star. he was very helpful in any wise, very polite and polite. all our needs have been visited. the leek hotel for a great stay.

What a find, fantastic building and a fantastic host. Loved the overall feel of the place from booking in until we left. Continental breakfast was excellent and I could of drunk the coffee all day, it was superb. Great overall service with some very helpful knowledge of the surrounding area. We are planning our next trip already!

After visiting Alton Towers, my friend and I stayed at this lovely restaurant for one evening. Nick was so welcoming and helpful, suggesting a great dinner spot and even decorating with balloons for my birthday. The continental breakfast and coffee were delicious, and the rooms were gorgeous. We had an amazing time. Thank you very much.
