Other half is Vegan and he got a lovely meal. My fish in breadcrumbs was fresh and piping hot. We decided to eat in and it was a lovely vibe. Will be back!
Got home to find the order was wrong, two orders missing their curry sauce and the chips were really quite bad. Very gritty as if sand mixed in made them virtually inedible, they were also hard/stale cardboard texture to a lot of them. Not one to write bad reviews but this was really a huge miss and disappointment
Popped in today for the first time. Service quick, when we got it home we found the quality fish really excellent. Thin crispy batter and moist white fish. Will be coming again!
Positive: The food is consistently delicious, the restaurant is open during the middle of the day, and there is convenient parking right outside. Negative: The portion sizes are small, so it's best to order a larger size than you initially expect. The kids' meals may be too small for older children. Prices are quite high considering the portion sizes. Overall, this restaurant is good for a casual lunch stop, thanks to its convenience and good food quality. Just remember to always order a larger portion size.
Without doubt the worst chip and mushy peas I have ever had. Peas hard and bitty. Chips were overdone. Overpriced rubbish.
