During our stay at Alton Towers, we were not impressed with the hotel menu so we decided to try this restaurant based on a recommendation. We were not let down! The food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming. The naans were huge! We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Alton Towers.
After a day of fun at Alton Towers with friends, we wanted to relax and enjoy a nice meal together. We stumbled upon this hidden gem of a balti house and we were thrilled with our decision. The food was incredibly delicious and the service was top-notch. The staff advised us that the portions were generous, so the family-sized naan and large rice would be enough for the six of us, along with four main dishes and a couple of sides. The naan bread was impressively large and though we couldn't finish it all, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food arrived piping hot and tasted incredibly fresh. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning the next time we visit Alton Towers. Thank you for a wonderful evening, Mughal!
Absolutely loved it. This is our second visit for a takeaway whilst holidaying in Staffordshire and we wish it was our local. The service, quality of food and value for money are second to none. On both occasions we found the mint sauce a bit watery and tasteless compared to what we’re used to, which is a shame, but otherwise the food we’ve order is amazing. Customer service is also of a very high standard. We will definitely return if we’re in the area again.
The staff at the restaurant were very attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. The food was excellent in terms of quality, flavor and spice level. The portions were also very generous. The only downside was that the naan breads were undercooked, thick and doughy on our last two visits. There was no charring that would have added flavor to the bread. Despite this, I will definitely be returning to the restaurant soon, but I will be skipping the naan bread next time.
