I didn't get a chance to try any of their food because they apparently can't answer the phone. I work at the hospital and called to place a pickup order since I don't have time to go in and wait for my food. However, it seems it's too difficult for them to pick up the phone. I called five times without any response, and after waiting half an hour, I tried again—still no answer. They're open, but apparently, they don’t know how to handle phone calls. I understand that they might be busy, but every other busy establishment manages to take calls at some point. They really need to assign someone to answer the phone and take orders; it’s not that complicated. I just tried calling again, and now it seems they’ve taken the phone off the hook. If they have time to do that, they certainly have time to answer calls. This is terrible customer service.

The fries are great! The chili isn't very spicy but has a rich, hearty flavor. Overall, it's really good!

Great place for the family. Fast and delicious food, good seasoning. My little one loves it!

One of my favorite quick eats, all beef franks and red hots with any combination topping you could think of. The fries are a good choice with ketchup and spicy mustard. Many great options and they also have burgers, I haven’t tried YET but will soon as I am just in LOVE with their franks!
