Chipotle Mexican Grill - Stamford

The quality of the food at this Chipotle can be inconsistent, but it has convenient parking, a great location (at least for me), and helpful staff. I just wish they could improve their quality control. I experienced hard rice with overcooked chicken once. They only got it right one time.

My burrito fell apart before I even opened the aluminum wrapper. Never will I go to this franchise again. California Tortilla does 100% better job than them. Love the different sauces and customization with them.

This is the only chipotle location I go to! The employees are extremely nice, and to me the ingredients feel fresh and delicious every time. Other locations usually have poor service but I know whenever I walk into this place, they will never dissatisfied my meal. If you want the best bowls and burritos, I seriously recommend you go here, it’s a whole different ambient in a good way.

The toaster is always broken at this restaurant. Even when they run out of a product, customers are not notified until they are almost finished ordering. This leads to longer wait times. I had to inform the manager multiple times about the disorganization, but he did not seem too concerned.

This is the typical Chipotle restaurant. I've only visited this place because of Covid and everyone's safety precautions. But every time I have ordered a burrito, it has been delicious and made exactly how I like it. The accuracy in preparing the food is crucial for me! I will continue to dine at this establishment because I am pleased with their service. I am happy that they are conveniently located near me.
