Cilantro - Stamford

The food at this restaurant was delicious and deserving of 4 stars, but unfortunately it was rated 2 due to the poor service. The waiter took our order and never returned, leaving us waiting. Thankfully, the women from the kitchen were attentive and brought us water and another round of drinks. We had to signal to the waiter to clear our dinner plates and bring us a dessert menu, but they never returned to take our dessert order. In the end, we had to get up and go to the bar to request the check.

Both of us ordered different fish dishes. Although they were slightly overcooked, the sauces were delicious.

The outdoor area at this restaurant is fantastic, and its location is perfect for a pre-show dinner at the Palace. It offers an intimate yet open atmosphere. The margaritas are delicious, and the freshly made plantain chips served with salsa fresca are outstanding. We opted for tapas for dinner and every dish was flavorful and delightful. The Gambas were tender and the sauce was so good I wanted to lick the plate. The empanadas were thin and filled with amazing flavors. I was pleasantly surprised by the pata paired with guava sauce. We ended the meal with warm churros, which was the perfect ending to a great meal. I highly recommend checking out this place for its uniquely flavorful food and wonderful service.

The portion size is very small and the prices are too high!

This is the best pollo saltado I have ever eaten. It is my favorite dish. The guacamole is amazing and I love the portion sizes.
