Colony Grill - Stamford

I visited this restaurant for the first time and it was fantastic. I will certainly return whenever I'm in town. Although I didn't try the Hot Oil because it was my first visit, I've heard it's excellent. We ordered a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives. It had a thin crust (by Detroit standards) and was amazing. I loved it—it had the perfect combination of crispy and chewy textures.

Delicious thin crust pizza with that delightful greasy goodness! We each ordered our own, which meant some of us could take home leftovers. The crispy cheese along the edge of the pizza is simply perfection. The menu is quite limited (just pizza), but that's a good sign that it's worth it.

This restaurant serves an amazing thin crust pizza packed with incredible flavors. We ordered the hot oil pizza and a half-and-half pizza topped with pepperoni and meatballs. Even though I'm not typically a fan of spicy dishes, the heat from the peppers was just right. The deli-sliced pepperoni added a delightful touch, and the mini meatballs were a fantastic addition. I would absolutely return for another visit!

The crust was thin (compared to typical Detroit styles), and I absolutely loved it. It had just the right balance of crispiness and chewiness.
