Tried this place out for the first time and the food was really good. Really tasted the flavors and the service was great too. I do recommend giving Flamboyant a try.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and my employees absolutely love the food. They are always very kind to us. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5!
I give this restaurant a rating of 3.5 stars. I ordered a small serving of chicharron, which came with a small jalapeno cabbage slaw. The portion size was good, and the chicharron was tasty, but it was a bit too hard, particularly the skin. The slaw was rather plain, but the crushed jalapenos added some spice.
I just wanted a small portion of food, but the guy at the counter insisted that I choose the large tin plate. I politely declined and explained that I didn’t want that much food. However, he rudely responded, saying they don’t sell that size, even though it was clearly right next to the tin plates on the steam table. I ended up walking away. It might be a good idea to provide your staff with some training on customer service.
