Nora's Ovenworks - Stamford

Nora's cakes are absolutely fantastic! I have been a loyal customer for over a decade and I am willing to travel over 30 minutes just to enjoy her delicious cakes.

I ordered cupcakes, brownies, cookies, and some dulce de leche cheese bars from this restaurant on UberEATS for Mother's Day weekend. My mom and I couldn't resist and tried a few items right away. Our favorite was the cheesecake bar - it had an amazing flavor and was very creamy. My only complaint would be that many of the 2lbs of cookies I ordered were the same flavor. I would have liked more variety, but they all tasted great so I'm not too upset about it. Overall, I am excited to visit the restaurant in person and try more items. I believe that supporting local businesses in person is better than relying on delivery, which can be hit or miss. And I almost forgot to mention, everything arrived in good condition and was well-packaged.

The desserts at this restaurant may be on the pricey side, but they are worth it. You have to try them as they offer a variety of different options. The fudge is particularly amazing and brings back memories of my grandmother. Give it a shot, buy some, and support a local business.
