Trips' - Stamford

A noble throwing pleasure my first meal at trips tonight. the dining room was quiet, but quiet. bar was full of classical furnishings. very traditional Italian menu. above average cost. the food was very good and the service was even better. the owner visited with us and even bought us an after-dinner drink averaged was far older than the inner city of stamford. so said, worth the ride all in all that experience was very good. the food was 7/10. service a 8.5 I will definitely be back!

The restaurant has a very modern casual dining room with a secluded active bar area. we enjoyed our dinner and found the service to be good.

We stopped for lunch. beautiful clean facility, simply modern in style when it makes sense. the total menu can best be classified as American/Italian/Greek. baked Calamari Appetizer was good, small amount brot and good crispy. French wobble soup was excellent, beautiful presentation in crock, very tasty. Travel on Friday night. the hummerbisque was excellent and the prime rib was as good as advertised. the narrow hair pomadora) was prepared with delicious fresh tomatoes and the ravioli was first to advise. evaluate them a fast return due to a good value with great food and service.

One of the tastiest prime ribs in the area. The specialty at Trips is their excellent prime rib. It is cooked to perfection the au jus is quite good. If you order it medium rare you get it medium rare. During the week they run dinner specials at reasonable prices. Their appetizer dish Mussels Mediterranean is also very tasty. The wine sauce is loaded with garlic serves as an excellent bread dipping at the end. Their caesar salad is also very good. Croutons are perfect tasty. A tad higher priced, but worth it.
