If I could give no rate it would be much better, just bought a salad this morning was looking forward to eating it until I tried it and the chicken was so chewy like gum and pink. did not taste fresh at all, And this is not the first time I have something from soul origin in Stanhope but this time was really bad. If I could give this place a 0 starts I would. This is the worst soul origin I have ever been to. This is my second time coming with a bad experience. First time she over charged me for a coffee and sandwich, the refused my refund when I had added up the prices. The two ladies who are there with dark hair are incredibly rude and have zero customer service. When I came in today to get a sandwich at 3:20 she told me she was wouldn’t toast it because “the toaster is turned off because we are about to close”. It’s a toaster? It takes two seconds to turn on. I checked the website and they don’t close until 5:30pm. So walked away with nothing. I’ve gotten food later than that at other soul origin stores and had no issue. You need knew staff, because the staff you currently have are costing you money. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The lady at the counter making coffee is very rude and has got an attitude of a billionaire. Customer service is terrible. Highly recommend soul origin but just not the one at Stanhope gardens cause if you gonna pay for a coffee might as well pay for a coffee with a smile. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I like soul origin, however this branch the lady that makes coffee has an attitude that makes one feel unwanted there! reading the reviews it is with everyone not me!
