The restaurant is always busy, but it tends to be understated. The staff could benefit from additional training, as they often don't understand requests on the first try and require repetition. While the food is quite good, the service needs improvement, especially during peak times. Because of this, I tend to avoid visiting on weekends.
This is the worst service I've ever experienced. I've visited this restaurant three times, always arriving at 8:30 PM, even though they close at 9 PM. Each time, the staff seems unwilling to serve us, claiming they have too much work to do in the back before closing. It's absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. I strongly advise against going here if you want a pleasant dining experience.
This load is a scandal for the subway franchise. the coworker was consciously not adding the necessary ratio of salates and when I ask why they cut down on the portion amount, he replied, there is not enough store. I would not be surprised if it was a franchise owner's policy.
Not happy with the service. No communication or customer service skills at all.
