Arby's - Stanton

I waited half an hour for a six-piece chicken nugget and a five-piece jalapeño bites. This restaurant is terrible. Don't waste your time or money here. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

At this point, I was just hungry and eager to leave and go home to eat. I noticed six employees outside, smoking cigarettes and generally displaying rudeness. When I received my Coke, it had no ice, and the soda was flat because the machine was out. As a general manager of a restaurant in Lexington, I know what good service looks like, and I can confidently say I will never return to this location. I ended up walking out without any drinks, feeling disgusted at how they treat their customers. The last time I visited, they seemed upset that I spent $80.00—shouldn't they want to boost their sales instead? Clearly not.

I placed a takeout order online on August 6, 2023, and I was very impressed with the staff's efficiency in getting everything right, even though I arrived late. It seems the manager on duty is doing an excellent job. Service: 5/5
