Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes Fries

Can never get anyone to answer the phone anytime you call to place an order.

I’ve been living in Stantonsburg 38years, well before Hwy 55 came to town. I’ve eaten there often. However, my last three experiences have been horrible. The last two times, couldn’t get through on the phone. I went to the restaurant and was told the phone didn’t ring. I showed the staff at the counter (who has a bad attitude btw) my cell phone when I had called 4 times. Twice someone picked up the phone but never responded to my “hello” and phone disconnected. The cook looked at the caller ID and asked “are you the one saying hello”. He never did tell me why he didn’t respond to my attempt to place a pickup order.Tonight, my calls when to voicemail (4 times). My husband stopped by on the way home from Wilson and ordered food in person. Ordered wrong AGAIN.. asked for onions on the side, no onions at all; wanted mustard and chili on hot dog, got ketchup instead (a LOT of it); fries cold, hard, old and less than a kids portion (of course same high price). The restaurant may be local but my car will take me within a 15 miles radius to eat /order somewhere else. There’s more but I’ve made my point. The service used be be great and food was great, what happened? New owner? Above all, a bad, uncaring customer serve attitude will keep my money from you everytime!

I just had the worst experience at hwy 55 In Stantonsburg, in my own neighborhood! I was shocked when Brittany told me she was the owner, like how are you making with that attitude. I guess she treats her people with better respect, i feel sorry for the black cook she has working for her.. Its a shame that i had to go through such rudeness from a place that i have spent money at loved the food.. Even after i spoke to her on the phone about the way she was speaking to me, i went in to pay for my food she still gave me attitude, like what im paying u… Wow ive bern in customer service over 19 years and i would never treat someone like that.. It was so so fries where cold lettuce was old and they forgot my drink it was clean because no one was there maybe that was a sign not to eat there

Love there milk shakes and very friendly to me and my family always go when I don't feel like cooking
