Me and my other half came here maybe twice a month after its opening. Great service all around. We were so busy this summer we did not eat out for darn near the whole season. Couple weeks back we did return. Service went from great to lousy rather than a lengthy story on what happened, and we were hit for what was labeled on the slip as substitutions which never happened before. A sub hit for tater tots rather than fries, which was a choice either or at one time, and chicken breast rather than a beef patty, another sub hit. We had always ordered chicken over beef on the mammoth classic and were instructed to do so by a couple waitresses with no price chance, and every slip we had never had any extra fees. It was a pleasant surprise finding it on the slip that night back at our property. Ourselves and all our clients we brought in to increase and help towards the mammoth business sales....gone
Good burgers just miss the fired brussel sprouts. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I came here to pick up a meal I ordered. the atmosphere was pretty great I thought definitiw family friendly, but nevertheless a nice little bar. I had no good experience because despite the arrival several minutes after the website said the order would be ready, it was not ready for almost 15 minutes more, and even then I had to (nicely) pester them a bit to get my order. the food itself was okay. burger was in order, I enjoyed it, although it was nothing special. friends were really good! besides too much salt for my taste, but overall I think I'm fries where they shine.
Good burger, but the service can be better. we came because it wasn't busy. we wanted to sit on our own table, who annoyed the waitress, because she wanted us to sit on a community table with 6 other people. there were 4 open tables, again it was not busy, as it was a few hours after lunch a few hours before dinner. (there were 3 tables sitting, 1 was pretty finished, the 6 people got their food and 2 people waited for their food) we were on a date so that a community was not ideal. but she said it was good to sit on an open table. instead of greeting us with menus properly, she gave us menus a few minutes to tell us that they prefer to sit 4 people parties on these tables. their direct interaction was unrequired to let us know that our business was not important to them, as we were only 2 people. we almost went, but we had 25 miles with gas at almost $6/Gallon we stayed. the burgers were good, but their service didn't get tons better. Hopefully, her supervisor can take this a chance to train her the meaning that customers treated friendlyly rather than illuminate them.
