Just been to a restaurant. They sat down at a table on the lake. They sat for 15 minutes. at a dirty table. The waiters did not respond to either a raised hand or a call. It turned out there is a button. Then the waitress came and simply kicked us out, because this table turned out to be reserved, but she forgot to put a sign. BOTTOM SERVICE! Just phew! We were with a small child who just threw a tantrum and didn't understand why we didn't order ice cream and couldn't sit there! It's not our problem because you forgot something! Instead of delicately solving the problem (in reality, we would have left in half an hour, if everything had been carried out quickly), they simply acted worthlessly! We were frequent customers of your base, but it was the last time!

We rested for 3 days in the cottage, liked everything. I didn't want to go home) The cottage is clean and has everything you need. The territory is large and well-kept. Breakfasts are delicious and varied. The price included entrance to the beach, breakfast (Swedish line), and free parking. The price policy is a little too high (a day for a cottage 5900 UAH), of course, for such a price, we wanted more bonuses... The staff is friendly and polite. Horrible attitude of the staff in the restaurant to people Been here before and everything was ok! I called them to book a table, they said there is, go, there is no need to book. I arrive in 20 minutes, there are no tables, the administrator does not even try to solve the problem I asked the waiters to wait for the first table to be freed on the ship, to which they told me to stand by the tables..... Like stand over people's souls while they are resting..... The administrator said three words and left, to hell with everything.... In one word, they made my day with the children
