Finally a great Popeyes visit! First time at this location and it has restored my faith in Popeyes nationwide! The manager at the counter absolutely understands what excellent customer service means and I appreciate it. Last Tuesday, I ordered a total of three spicy chicken sandwiches at the drive-Thru. The young girl who took my order was extremely rude. She informed me it would take 15 minute for the sandwiches to be made. I explained how I was okay waiting. She then asked if I was sure I wanted to wait for only 3 sandwiches. I repeated myself and told her I was okay with that. After waiting about 20 minutes I got my order and it was wrong. I received 1 spicy chicken sandwich and 2 Crispy sandwiches. I informed the lady about my order and was told it would be fixed. I received my order roughly 10 minutes later, and the chicken was extra crispy, greasy, burnt, and hard to chew. At this point I figured it was a waist of my time and not worth saying anything else. I won’t be coming back here anymore.

Came in about noon for some lunch! Food was fresh and good, employees were nice, restaurant was clean, even the bathrooms were clean! It was freezing inside like it is at other Popeye's I've visited! Food was old and cold, workers were like dull and waited 15 minutes to get cold chicken. I would not go back to this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
