I ordered two 24-count Insomnia mini cookies, but when I got them home, they were all thrown into the box while still hot and ended up stick together in a big clump. It was such a mess and completely unusable for the baby shower I bought them for. However, I had an update: the manager called me and was very kind and helpful. She issued a refund and even provided me with a gift card for future purchases.

The cookies are fantastic, and John is the most amazing delivery driver!
