Contribuisci feedbackStay away from this hotel. Their room is full of bugs and give any importance if you complain. I found bugs coming out from my underpants after my complaint and requesting them of bug spray my room. They did not do any bug spray TO ENSURE WE ARE BUG FREE. One notable mention, tgey didn't even gave us clean towels when I asked them to them in the morning 7AM but did took care right away when we came back 5PM Last but not the least, the front desk and front desk manager is of no help
While looking like the old Hampton Inn it is, the rooms are updated and clean. I checked in via app for the digital key. I went to the counter at 2:45 and checked in the old fashioned way and happy I did. Staffing, hospitality really is either short staffed or the oversized attendance overwhelmed the function. Springsteen was in town so the hotel was sold out. If I waited for the digital key I would have been one of almost 20 sadly lurking in the lobby awaiting a cleaned room. At 6 pm! Otherwise fine.
Unfortunately the pool was closed due to renovations. The rooms are clean and comfortable, except for the tiny pillows. I was really taken back to see a Pakistan couple and their college age son allowing there dog to eat off of a plate on the breakfast table. I love dogs, but this must be a health code violation?
Hotel went through a recent renovation so rooms are actually very nice. Love the new color scheme Hampton Inn is going with. The check in process is so easy with the Hilton Honors app. My room had a nice view of the back part of the hotel, including the outdoor pool. Staff was welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, and free. Coffee bar available 24/7. Cant go wrong.
In December, I had two stays at this property. Both were delightful. Especially appreciate the hospitality and friendly conversation of Ms Debvonnie at the front desk. This is an older property, but it seems to be well maintained. Yes, my room had that unique curtained closet.
