Mcdonald's - State College

This McDonald's is just awful. I ordered a 20-piece nugget, and they were harder than a rock. My McDouble was incredibly old; the bun was flat and the cheese had changed color (you know how fake cheese gets darker when it sits out). The fries were so limp, they reminded me of my leg when I broke it as a kid. I would never recommend this disgusting place to anyone.

I love McDonalds!! I just wish my food would more consistently be fresh hot instead of cold from sitting there for too long.

The packaging was poorly done and quite messy. The burgers were missing onions, the fries weren't salted, the lettuce on the McChickens was definitely not fresh, and we also didn't receive the sauces we ordered.

The Big Mac was served on a dry, hard, and stale bun, which is far from ideal. The fries were soggy and clearly not fresh, but I suppose that’s what I should expect at 1 AM. I haven't had McDonald's in a long time, and this experience reminded me why. Shaking my head.

Just left from picking up an Uber eats order I wasn’t greeted at all. The older woman with the blonde hair blatantly ignored me. I overheard the other old woman with the red hair mention that she had been dealing with a lot of rude delivery drivers that didn’t have anything to do with me. I wanted to make sure I had everything and they were both just rude and condescending. I called of course, I asked if the woman I was speaking to was the lady with the blonde hair and she hung up on me! LOL DISGUSTING.
