I have never had an experience like this ever before but this time on a negative way. We ordered Mac cheese along with another items but the Mac Cheese was served cold I took it back and made the kitchen people aware of the situation and this young lady being rude replied to me and I quote “there is nothing I can do, I can not take it back use the microwave out there”. I thought this must be a joke, you are serving me cold food and you want me to re-heat it myself. Surprised by this young lady answer, I went to the front and the guy at the register basically ignored my concern and sent me to use a microwave. What got me upset the most was how rude the staff was, and how unwilling the staff was to “do the right thing”. Panera Bread I work in the retail/food industry and let me tell you, your staff needs training on how to approach customers ESPECIALLY when you are serving food not up to the standards. I was not looking for anything but my food being served on a proper manner.

First time at Panera Bread. I really enjoyed my sesame chicken. Would definitely go back again. Kid-friendliness: My niece enjoyed her mac n cheese and turkey sandwich as well.
