Taco Bell - State College

I've visited many Taco Bells, but this one is my favorite. It's not flawless all the time, but they seem to genuinely value customer feedback and resolve any problems promptly, which is quite impressive. Food: 5/5

I ordered a free Doritos Locos taco, but they forgot to give it to me. As I was leaving the drive-thru, I heard someone shouting, "Hey!" and saw a man running toward my car like Forrest Gump. He asked if I had received my free taco and then dashed back inside. A moment later, he returned, encouraging me to leave a great review. The urgency with which they made sure I got my taco instead of keeping it for themselves demonstrates how much this team truly cares about their customers. I didn’t catch the young man’s name, but I really appreciate his dedication!

During my visit, the staff was exceptionally friendly. It was the evening shift, and they appeared to be a group of college students, but they were very warm and attentive. They even helped me with my large order and carried it to my car. The food was excellent too!

As someone who follows a corn- and gluten-free diet, I can thoroughly enjoy the power bowl steak salad without any problems. I choose to forgo the ranch dressing, and it's still a very satisfying and tasty meal. I do wish they wouldn't forget to include my spork, though! Even with that small oversight, I'm still happy to give them a strong 5-star rating!

This is a great place to grab Taco Bell food. My experiences with the drive-thru have been positive, as my orders have always been accurate and the food quality is good. I recommend it if you're a fan of Taco Bell!
