Before I ordered she pulled out multiple cinnamon bun packages and looked bothered when I only ordered one. At the end of my order she gave me one fork. But I had a table of three boys under the age of ten. The only people around at 11:15pm, and she gives me one fork. So when I asked for more she tosses them to me. At first I thought I was being sensitive. A few minutes later I hear another customer addressing the same cashier I dealt with saying he had been waiting this whole time and how did she have the nerve to address him so rudely. Saying it was the worst customer service and walked out. I agree with him,m.
It is a tradition when we visit Tahoe. Must get a roll! They are busy enough to always have fresh rolls, but not so busy that it takes too long. Their coffee is better than Starbucks, and half the price. The ice cream is good, but we usually go to ColdStone in the Village (another silly tradition).
We bought 12 mini bond and bought them back to our room. They were stale and hard on the bottom. When back the next day to complain. I didn’t want a refund or for them to replace then and I told the young lady and she told me oh well. Not even a apology or nothing
This place has the best service! Geego assisted me, he provided excellent service and was the friendliest person I’ve encountered on my vacation! Not only was the Cinnabon fresh and yummy, but the service was outstanding!
Delicious freshly baked cinnamon rolls and hot and iced coffee. Expect to pay around $6-$7 for a full sized cinnamon roll by itself, or buy a 6 pack for $28.The same counter also has Carvel ice cream and shakes.Customer service was excellent and provided by a nice young man from Paraguay. Worth a stop if you're near Harvey's Casino!
