Baskin-robbins - Staten Island

I am honestly disappointed with this location. My mother went to buy three pints, but a young staff member didn’t know where the “pint” button was on the register, so we ended up paying $30 for just 1.5 pints. He charged us by the scoop instead. If you look at the pictures, you can see that the containers are only half full, and one of them had completely melted. We live just 5 minutes away, and we love Baskin-Robbins, but your stores should take more pride in the brand.

He even accused us of trying to cheat him. When we looked at the pictures, we could see that the cups were half full and completely melted. We live only 5 minutes away and really love this brand, but their locations should take more pride in their service and reputation.
