The experience was disappointing compared to what it used to be, and I really dislike the drive-thru. It always requires a lot of careful maneuvering to avoid scratching my car or hitting the yellow pole. Plus, to reach the window, they have to stretch quite a bit, which makes the whole process awkward.
I’ll try to keep this brief, but I need to share the details of my experience. On Thursday evening at 8 PM, there was a red-haired girl working the drive-thru window. I waited 10 minutes just to place my order and then another 10 minutes at the window. At one point, the staff member left the window, and no one was there to assist. Instead, I saw her chatting with someone in the parking lot on her phone for about 5 minutes. When she finally returned, she handed me the wrong order! I repeated my order, and she gave me a different bag. Meanwhile, cars behind me were getting fed up with waiting and decided to leave. It was a smart move on their part. When I got home, I realized my order was still incomplete, so I had to drive back. The girl at the window had been replaced by a guy. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and I really wonder what kind of training, if any, these employees are receiving.
Eating is always fresh, just having to work at breakfast on tomorrow, is there never enough breakfast sandwiches? if I order 4 bacon egg cheese cheese cheese, I have to accept 2 cookies and 2 croissants?
The service is really bad and I am outraged by the service the workers were very slow and gave me the incorrect order.I hope they do better next time
