Dunkin' - Staten Island

I usually enjoy visiting this Dunkin' Donuts location, but my experience today was disappointing. First, I couldn't place an order through the app, which was due to a technical issue on their end. Then, the line moved slowly because there was a communication barrier between some frustrated customers and the staff. The cashier made me wait with a polite gesture while she retrieved a mobile order from a tablet to enter it into the POS system. After struggling with the app earlier and now having to wait to interact with someone at the register felt disheartening. Under normal circumstances, I would have had enough time to order and take my food with me, but I had to take my wife to work and had no choice but to leave. I intended to return and give it another try, but my wife had brought her lunch and was able to wait until she could eat. I hope this was just a one-time issue and that management will address it so that everyone can have a better experience in the future.

I'm giving a 5-star review to the hardworking staff at this location. They really shine in their roles. I visit every morning, and even when it's extremely busy, they stay remarkably friendly and work diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. However, I would recommend hiring extra staff to assist during the morning rush. I understand that customers can sometimes feel frustrated, but it's evident that the employees are doing everything within their power. They are practically racing to prepare coffee and food as quickly as they can.

I absolutely adore this Dunkin' Donuts! It's one of my top choices on Staten Island, and they consistently prepare my coffee exactly how I like it. I’m quite particular about my coffee, so that’s a huge plus for me! I would have rated it five stars, but they often have a limited selection of donuts, which is somewhat disappointing.

I’m a huge fan of this restaurant! It's conveniently located close to my home, and they consistently serve fresh dishes along with fantastic seasonal specials. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist. Their summer special, the Mango Pineapple Dunkin Refresher, is absolutely delightful. They also offer new omelet bites for breakfast that are definitely worth a try. I highly recommend this place!
