Dunkin' - Staten Island

Went to this location to get my free iced coffee for National Coffee Day. I bought something with the drink like the promo stated and the girl at the register scanned my app but couldn't get it to work. Another employee came out and insisted I put mycard in. I assumed he worked some magic and it wasn't going to charge, but he charged me for the drink and the food and thenlaughed and shrugged when I asked him why. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of life, but this was poor service and I won't becoming back here.

Girl who made my coffee was very friendly had no issue with her at all, the other lady there was rude. Asked to use the restroom and her response was ?I don?t think so? when she could have simply stated it was for employees only. The young lady greeted uswhen we came in to order, the rude lady gave attitude immediately as if we were bothering her by actually making her work.

Does not give dogs the Puppuccino, also known as Cup For Pup. Every other Dunkin and Starbucks does this for dogs for free. Also charges more money for coffee, then any other Dunkin? Donuts.

Very rude manger. Don?t recommend anyone this location Completely unprofessional They lost me as a customer over cup of coffee. Used to come there every morning since 2019, but today was my final visit there.

Used to be a nice blonde boy who would make my coffee JUST RIGHT. Was a regular for years. Haven?t been seeing him so I stopped going because the quality of my coffee is inconsistent otherwise.
