Dunkin' - Staten Island

The restaurant was out of egg and cheese croissants and only had the sausage version available, so I ended up ordering a bagel with cheese instead. It would be great if they could have the egg and cheese croissant available on the DoorDash menu.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. Every single time I place an order, they forget my sandwich and refuse to fix the issue. I've had enough of this Dunkin' Donuts. They need to hire better employees! Additionally, they are always out of straws.

I wasn't impressed with the coffee. I ordered a mocha latte for takeout online, but it didn't meet my expectations. The place was extremely crowded and busy, which may have impacted the quality of the coffee during the rush hour.

I really like Dunkin', but this location is the worst I’ve ever encountered. The morning staff is rude, and the evening team is both rude and lazy! The manager with the colorful hair isn’t doing her job well either; she comes across as entitled. Recently, two nice young ladies have taken over the evening shift, but they still manage to not offer the full menu. If you ask for anything espresso-related, they’ll say the machine is broken just to avoid cleaning it at closing time. I’m sure they’re trained that way. It’s not that they’re not nice people; they’re actually very polite and courteous. It feels like there’s an unspoken rule at this location not to serve the full menu in the evening. An hour before closing, all you can order is drip coffee or ice cream—no cooked food or espresso drinks like cappuccinos or macchiatos. Interestingly, the machine seems to work just fine again in the morning. It’s frustrating for someone who works a later shift and needs a pick-me-up at that time! If you're looking for a good Dunkin', I recommend the Victory and Richmond location instead!

The staff here have poor customer service. Got my order wrong, did not apologize and just left br standing there, like whatever and then the guy who took the order, my usual order told me that I got my usual order wrong, and I shouldn 't flip iton him . If u like your drink made a certain way, and care that people own up to their mistakes, especially when you 'respending your money, don 't come here!
