Dunkin' - Staten Island

The drive-thru experience was really disappointing. The employee mentioned she was by herself, but honestly, taking half an hour just to get a coffee is excessive. It's not that complicated.

It's like any other Dunkin' Donuts—while the employees may not seem too enthusiastic about their jobs, the food and drinks are decent.

The tables could have used a good cleaning, but I still enjoyed my ice cream cone. The young server was uncertain if they offered soft serve ice cream, so I had to show him a picture to clarify what I was asking for. It was such a hot day that my ice cream melted quickly and turned into a soft serve! In the end, it all worked out. The Jamaican almond fudge ice cream was delicious!

I order here every morning because I live near it. Every experience is different I swear to god. The drinks are either good one day and then the next it taste water down and bitter. The food is always cold when they hand it to me it?s pre made. At leastmake it hot you know lol. Going to the other location from now on.

This is aLovely establishment with significant potential. The management is excellent, and the team is fantastic, showing strong support for one another. They could benefit from some guidance and coaching occasionally.
