I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I had never really considered Dunkin' before. However, with a Dunkin' Donuts location conveniently located near me, I decided to give it a try. The drive-thru was efficient, with a quick-moving line, and the staff were friendly, talented, and professional. They even allowed me to taste my drink before leaving. I have built a good relationship with the team members, who always make me feel welcome when I visit. The prices are reasonable, and whether I use the drive-thru or go inside, the service is always on point. I highly recommend checking out Dunkin' Donuts for your coffee fix!

The food is delivered promptly 85% of the time, but unfortunately it often arrives cold. The customer service is lacking severely and I have found the restaurant closed on multiple occasions when I have tried to visit.

This is one of the best Dunkins in Staten Island. Drive-thru service is prompt, friendly and accurate. Coffee and baked goods are always fresh and tasty. Highly recommend.

Really frustrating having to deal with the drive thru. It’s the only one closest to where I work so it’s my only option. The woman had to input my entire order that I had already put in with the guy on the speaker. Then they handed me the wrong drink and acted like I was in the wrong and laughed about it. I just kept it since I had to leave. Not a great experience
