Enjoyed food, services and ambiance. friendly waitress helped with menu selection since it was our first time

I think this is one of the few locations that does all you can eat. We called a few other places that told us they don't offer that. My whole family came here for the all you can eat and we had such a great time and enjoyed everything. It's great that it's not just seafood in the AYCE, there are also appetizers such as wings, dumplings, mozzerella sticks, and sides and even steak! So non seafood eaters won't be left out. We were very surprised and glad to see steak as one of the options for AYCE because we did have non seafood eaters in our party. I ordered my seafood with the hook&reel sauce in medium spice on my 2 visits. Loved every bit of it. Service was also great both times. It's just a nice place to come with family and friends

Our server, Brad, was AMAZING! I've never had service so amazing. Complete 10/10. Brad was so kind and helpful. Deserves all the recognition he could possibly get. Also you get a lot for your money here, especially compared to other seafood boil places. Really enjoyed it and was really tasty. We will be back!

My mom and I shared the “The Reel Catch”. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The perfect choice for 2 people. She got a lobster tail, I got crab legs. We split 2 lbs of shrimp. We enjoyed it and had leftovers.Service: 1/5 our server was not very attentive or hospitable. She mumbled a lot and we finished our entire meal without ever having her check on us. I could understand if it was busy, but it was a Tuesday afternoon and there was only one other family in the restaurant. The manager had to personally ask her to bring us more napkins.Atmosphere: not very upbeat. Music was painfully agonizing. The overall vibe was dim and unexciting.At the end of the day, I took 2 trains, 1 ferry and a city bus and my visit was simply not impressive. But at least we enjoyed our food, so shout out to the kitchen staff. Unfortunately happy hour only applies if you sit at the bar. Wouldn’t visit this location again because an experience is more than just good food!
