Hylan Diner - Staten Island

My family and I have been going to Island Diner for a couple of years now, but we have noticed that the service is deteriorating. Today, we finally had enough when they seated us in the back and completely forgot about us. We decided to leave without even being served. When we complained, they had a dismissive attitude as if they didn't care. I will never go back to that restaurant.

Best dinner I have been to so far on staten island!!!!!! The eggs were so fluffy and delicious not to mention the service was awesome and fast. This is definitely my new regular place I have already recommended all my friends and family.

I needed a place to sit to take a conference call... and Hyland Diner was convenient... BEST CHANCE DISCOVERY OF A RESTAURANT E.V.E.R!!! I was stuck on headphones for my meeting, so my companion ordered... and we were feasted on dinner that could have fed four. A half Chicken with Greek salad, saffron rice and so many extras. And the service! Personal and caring. Worth the trip to Staten Island on its own. When next in town, expect me there. Reasonably priced to boot. A wonder.
