I and my friend come here all the time and the staff and the management were really great. I assume that the positions have changed in the last months (in months have not seen the same manager), because the staff was rude, it is dirty, and they were suddenly made of ingredients/coups/ice etc. today the person who helped me had 5 minutes waiting, and had spoken on the phone for headphone while I was making my burrito. also we always order queso so I am not quite sure what was in this cup today. not sure what happened to this place, but they are urgent in the necessity of administration.
I have 2 Burrito bullets and paid extra for the tofu for both. that's the second time they did this. I don't mind if I didn't pay extra.
I got here cuz my girl was so hungry and needed something to eat. after I put my order on the table taken and sitting, I watched there restaurant itself. found the floor where food is prepared to be so dirty. Soda machine broken. the small place where they put the bottle soda and water has no ice in it. only dry and the filled so are sticky. the tables and seats were absolutely dirty. I think the load needs a huge rebuild.
I ordered very often from Moe's and every time my order is messed up .Or they don't include chips and they give salsa ,other time they put chips wit no salsa or they don't include both at all and then they try to say it was not on order .how hard is to check the order and make sure everything is in the bag .When you come in to pick up order no one is greeting or give you order .,order is sitting on the desk .Unprofessional staff .
