Papa Johns Pizza - Staten Island

I tried the Epic Stuffed Crust Create Your Own Pizza and it was amazing.

The food was cold and very thin, but the wings were good. The pizza crust was excellent, but the pizza itself was too thin, as were the cheesesticks.

The restaurant failed to provide the correct sauce that was ordered and paid for. They also mixed up the order, causing the delivery driver to wait for the food.

Christian is amazing. Great customer service, fast service and the food is great. It was my first time ordering from them and it won’t be my last. Seriously go see Christian such a great personality and so nice. Thank you Christian.

A male African American employee wearing glasses provided a very rude experience during the night shift at 12:45 am. I was picking up an order for Uber and was completely disregarded initially because he knew I was there for Uber. He then openly displayed a negative attitude towards me in front of others, making aggressive and offensive comments. This behavior should be reported to corporate in order to have him removed from his position. No one should be treated with such disrespect, especially those in the working class. If he does not enjoy his job, he should find alternative employment. Action should be taken by management at this location to address this issue.
