Starbucks - Staten Island

Never add what i ask for when i order online, and when you tell them about it they give you attitude. I waste so much money to add extras and they never give it, it?s truly disappointing. I drive all the way to the mall for my coffee lately i can?t stand this place.

The staff is so nice and the refreshers were amazing , I would suggest to come here than any other star bucks stores

This Starbucks has a sign with an expected open date of 11/22/2022. The staff are generally friendly when they are not overwhelm with some many mobile orders. The staff generally make the drinks exactly as I specified. Although the food orders are almost always behind. This isn?t anything new because the rest of the other starbucks location always having you wait and extra 5-10 minutes longer.

Best Starbucks on the Island. Manager and staff are the best. So sad that you're closed for renovation. Can't wait to re-open.

This Starbucks is decent compared to others, but it’s not the best one I’ve visited. They tend to take a while to prepare drinks, which are generally good, though occasionally they can be a bit off. If you enjoy frappuccinos, be prepared for them to be on the watery side. On the plus side, the staff are usually quite friendly, and the hot beverages are pretty decent. However, the seating area is somewhat small and often crowded, making it less than ideal if you want to sit down and enjoy your drink.
