Tim Hortons - Staten Island

This restaurant lacks a sense of urgency. I've had to leave several times because the wait was so long that I nearly missed my express bus. They might be understaffed—why is the cashier also preparing the food? Shouldn't they be taking the next order as soon as the previous customer is finished? Plus, there's no online ordering option for walk-in customers. I do want to mention that the woman at the register in the morning is very friendly, but because of these issues, I've decided to stop coming here regularly.

The broccoli soup was delicious, and the strawberry shake was equally enjoyable. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was excellent. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and overall inviting.

My kids love donuts, and this place offers great flavors! I tried a bite of almost every one, but I found them to be a bit too sweet, similar to Dunkin'. However, the presentation at Tim Hortons looks much more appealing. A dozen donuts costs $12.99, but be sure to ask about extras because you only find out the final price when you pay. The selection in my first picture ended up costing $20. My kids thought the donuts were just okay. On the other hand, the coffee from Tim Hortons deserves a five-star rating! Next time, I might skip the donuts and let the kids try the Bieber items or sandwiches, while I enjoy a large coffee for myself!

The staff whenever I go there are really friendly and the girl already knows my order already. Really love the morning staff that I see almost every time I go. Had my hash browns yes that is ketchup on my hash browns) and a lovely smiley face for my Friday's hot chocolate ?

If you ever need a visit to Staten Island while visiting NYC from New England, then visit this Tim Horton?s! Unique experience since there aren?t many of this brand in the New England area. Great Food! Loved their fruit drinks!!!
