Torino Pizza Cafe - Staten Island

Called for a delivery and they told me they don’t deliver over 3 miles, my house is 3.2 miles away. I kindly asked if they could deliver it anyway and I would throw a good tip for the driver. Without saying a word she just hung up.Food: 3/5

Every single time i order something and request plates, they never listen. I even call and complain and they hang up on me and say i have to pay extra even though i requested it with my order. They always have so stupid excuse to say. I do not recommend this place

I have loved their food. Even it's out of my way to home from work. I still order the food from there. This is the first time , I had such a bad experience with the cash register. First they took my order wrong . Waited 15 additional min yo get correct order. And even after that they missed what I asked for . And when I called to bring this to their notice I was told that I was the one who is responsible for this . Never dealt with such a rude behavior from this store. New and young people has no respect and doesn't know what customer service is. Asked for the manager , I was told this place has no manager

This is our *Go-to* place for pizza and believe it or not...BURGERS! I know it sounds crazy, but this place makes awesome cheeseburger combos. They don't use cheap ingredients, all quality!I don't live that close to this pizza joint, but will drive the extra for quality fast food.The staff at this place is TOP NOTCH! They are super nice and never mess up our orders! The girl at register is so on the ball, quick and sooo sweet. The guy with the beard is just as awesome.Folks, give this place a try! You won't be disappointed.
