Contribuisci feedbackI’ve been stuck in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes. What’s going on? It should be a quick experience, and the door to order inside is locked. Come on, Wendy's, you can do better!
Make sure to check your order before leaving the drive-thru. I've found that 9 out of 10 times, they don't include everything. The staff seems to struggle with getting the order right. It’s quite frustrating!
I strongly advise against eating here! The service was incredibly slow, and when I finally received my order, several items were missing. The fries and nuggets were stale and overcooked. When I returned to request a refund, the manager—who had blonde hair and no hat—was rude and dismissive. I also overheard two kids in the window talking about seeing ants and other bugs, which was alarming. I was relieved that my meal was old and cold because if it had been fresh, I don't think I could have eaten it. The lines are always long, and my order is consistently wrong, with the food being old and cold every time. The cleanliness of the place and the quality of the food are unacceptable—it really should be shut down immediately.
I just came home with my order from wendy on amboystraße. they are the worst. I have placed my order by handy and took it on the hard drive thru. have home and I lacked most of my order and what they prepared that they did not follow the instructions. this is not the first time it happened there. I'm sorry to pay for eating that I didn't get. it's not surprising that they still can't eat, they'd have to do the thing right. they didn't want to.
Whomever was in the kitchen at about 230pm on Sunday, Oct 23 deserves a gd raise. One of, if not the, best meals I've had at a Wendy's. Cooking staff was on pointe!Food: 5/5
