Contribuisci feedbackThe manager needs to provide better training for the staff; she clearly struggled to maintain control over her team. The quality of the food was unacceptable. I ordered three cheeseburgers without mustard and pickles, and all three came with those ingredients. Luckily, I checked my order before leaving, or my family wouldn't have eaten. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. I usually prefer Wendy's over other fast-food restaurants, but not anymore.
The restaurant is closed at 11:45 PM, even though the opening hours are clearly displayed. It seems like the ongoing issues from COVID are still affecting operations.
1. The staff at the restaurant, including Jenn, Memo, Crystal, and Amanda, are absolutely amazing! Great job, ladies and everyone else too! The service is top-notch and very attentive. I highly recommend this place for a holiday dinner. It’s also child-friendly and accommodating for children with autism, thanks to the patient staff who are eager to assist everyone. As for parking, there are plenty of great spots available, and the outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying a meal on beautiful days. Bravo!
This is the first time we have a cold double-stack burger, French pommes and nuggets. it feels like it sits on the theke for a very long time, eating was cold, nothing was warm. they didn't even give our acknowledgement. the night shift is not a good job. when we live near, I go back and return everything.
I went to buy food I found rope liking in chicken nuggets so I don't recommend that Wendys but they offer to give me stuff but I give them back the food I don't trust after I that day I bought my to they so next time I won't go back thereFood: 1/5
