This place is adorable! The service is excellent too. If you're new to bubble tea, I highly recommend trying the passion hurricane!

We’ve been going back and fourth with this establishment since January after purchasing a gift card that was never even loaded. Manager said to have fixed the issue and went today to use and shows zero balance. This is extremely frustrating. We just need resolution and not excuses. The gentleman with the blonde spiked hair is superb at his job. No complaints on quality of product. Just fix issues faster than 3 months … gift card is still not fixed at this time. Left name and number third time now.04/17/2023 resolution has happened and we appreciate it. Our family enjoys coming to this establishment. Thank you

Only relevant since it's the only choice in town, drinks are average at best, service is generally rude and mediocre. whoever is at the cashier generally just expects you to memorize their code word drinks and literally rolls her eyes when you actually have to look at the menu or are with children who can't decide what they want. then the tip structure starting at 20% on the tap screen is pretty bold.
