Krystal - Statesboro

I like coming to this location. Not because it's the closest but because its workers are very professional. The food is always hot(including the fries). Today the person who took our order did not seem to be in a good mood but they were still professional. Thank you for doing your work well.

Miss Quadayzah was the name on my receipt at the location in Statesboro Ga. I hope she gets the proper recognition when this posts! If not, my check number on the receipt was 20005 11:49. She was the most pleasant and helpful person I've done buisness with during a lunch rush, when I placed an order for takeout. Not only was she super helpful, but by making a suggestion on purchasing a few more than I originally did, she saved me money. I was getting them to take back to Beaufort with me because we don't have a location here. I'm so glad I stopped and went in to place my order , or she may not of gotten the praise for her professionalism , genuine smile and great attitude ! Let her know what a positive impact she made on me today! Great job Quadayzah, and thank you again!

Can?t follow a simple order. Asked for no mayo on the chic Krystal?s and no onions on the cheese Krystal?s, they put mayo and onions on them! They need to do better or find workers who can get orders right! RIDICULOUS!!!!

Statesboro..Drove up and placed order. Got up to window and asked cashier about Military Discounts. She said that the Manager had to approve it, but she was too busy. I asked how long does it take to approve, she said when she gets finished making other burgers. Asked me to pull ahead, park and wait. Manager was very rude when I said I will write a review. She didn't seem to care and said It's ok if you do. No thanks for my Service to my Country. I canceled the entire order due to her rudeness and lack of respect. Manager needs training or needs to be fired. No Customer Service Skills

Nothing much like a Krystal for a hamburger chain. Always gotten fresh and the corn pups are so delicious. Glad we've got them back in Dublin GA.
